Imaging cilia generated flow (Quicktime movie)

Cilia generated flow is shown with the addition of fluorescent 0.20um microspheres to a tracheal preparation, similar to that seen on the previous page, and visualized under epifluorescent illumination. The movie was collected at 15 fps using a high-speed CCD camera (Hamamatsu, C9100-12) connected to a Leica DMIRE2 inverted microscope with 100x oil immersion objective.
