| Cilia generated flow within a E7.5 embryonic node is shown with the addition of fluorescent 0.20um microspheres to a preparation similar to that seen on the previous page. The movie was collected at 15 fps using a high-speed CCD camera (Hamamatsu, C9100-12), connected to a Leica DMIRE2 inverted microscope with 100x oil immersion objective. Movie playback is 60 fps to better highlight the slow flow across the surface of the embryonic node. |
